At Esmea, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions below:

🔄 Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for new, unopened, and unused items, still in their original packaging with unbroken seals.

📨 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@esmea.ca with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
If a replacement shipment is requested, additional shipping/handling charges may apply.

💬 Order Cancellations

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Repeated order cancellations may incur a small restocking/handling fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Esmea is an online-only business based in Canada.
All returns are processed through our Laval, Quebec facility. The exact return address will be provided upon request via email.
