Refund policy

Our store offers a 14-day return window for items that are new, unopened, and unused, still in their original packaging with unbroken seals. To initiate a return, contact us at helloesmea@gmail.com for a Return Number and instructions. Returns without this number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Upon receipt and verification of the condition of your returned items, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. Opened or used items will not be refunded and will not be sent back unless re-delivery is requested, at which point the customer will incur additional shipping/handling fees.

All returned items must come with the original purchase receipt.

Final sale items, those purchased with a discount code, or during promotions are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We are not offering exchanges at this time. Repeated order cancellations may incur a restocking/handling fee.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not expire. The return policy applies when a gift card is used for payment; refunds will be processed back to the original gift card or a new one will be issued.

Please be aware that prices are subject to change without prior notice, and we cannot offer price adjustments on past purchases.
