Is the Palmitoyl Tripeptide in Centella Eye Cream differ from regular peptides?

As a kind of peptide, Palmitoyl Tripeptide is an ideal ingredient for restoring skin firmness and it plays a role of promoting collagen production by activating tissue growth factor (TGF-). PURITO Centella Eye Cream contains four different kinds of peptides that function differently, helping to reduce wrinkles more effectively.As the product is for wrinkle treatment it must be rich in oil. I was wondering if it would cause my makeup to cake.
